Because I am not tied to normal office times, I can offer flexible working hours to suit and am happy to undertake one-off as well as regular assignments, providing flexible administrative support via e-mail or internet, telephone, fax and post. |
CHARGING STRUCTURE
The following services are charged at an hourly rate
From £15.00 - £20.00 per hour - "straightforward" secretarial services
i.e. word processing, administration, copy typing, presentations.
From £15.00 - £20.00 per hour - mailshots
From £17.00 - £28.00 per hour – research, transcription.
From 15.00 - £18.00 per hour – audio transcription.
From £16.00 – £20.00 - diary management.
From £18.00 - £25.00 per hour - editorial proofreading, copy editing.
From £20.00 - £25.00 per hour – event management.
From £25.00 - £30.00 per hour - book-keeping, editorial copy writing, DTP and design.
The above prices include telephone, fax, email and standard stationery costs. Postage costs will be applied where appropriate and detailed at quotation stage. |
